Scope of this policy

Use this page to learn what information Thousand Oaks Garage Door Experts gathers through this site, what happens to it, and how to get in touch about it.

Keeping and deleting your details

Your message stays on file only as long as it takes to handle the work and keep proper records; after that it is deleted. Ask at any time and we will remove it sooner.

What we receive from you

Through the contact form we get four things: your name, your phone number, your email address and your message about the work. That is the full list. The server that hosts the site also writes routine access logs, which record requests and their times, for running and securing the site.

Why we collect it

We use what you send for the job in hand: answering you and setting up the estimate or visit. An email delivery service carries the form to our inbox on our behalf. Your information is never sold, and it goes to nobody outside the people handling your request.

Tracking and embeds

This website does not use tracking cookies of its own. Where a Google map is embedded, Google serves it and may set cookies under its own privacy policy.
